Standard delivery takes approximately 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a track & trace number via email within 2–5 days after dispatch.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Orders to the EU and other international destinations may be subject to customs, VAT, or import duties.
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — meaning any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Can I track my order?

Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return period.
If your item is defective or damaged, you're entitled to a 100% refund, including return shipping.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be in original, unused condition.
Please include your name and order number in the return package.
