Shipping Policy

Important Information

Shipping destinations: Worldwide

Order cut-off time: 12:00 CET

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated transit time: approximately 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total estimated delivery time: approximately 7–12 business days

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply for selected destinations or promotions.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order will then be processed, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

The delivery time depends on the destination country and the local postal or courier service.

Possible Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays in the destination country

If the maximum estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking information.

If your package has still not arrived after this period, please contact us and include your order number.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@syvynstudio.com.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Syvyn Studio is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@syvynstudio.com.

Please include:

  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

After reviewing your case, we will:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a full refund

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
